1- Equipment Installations Quality Assurance:

u2022 Ensure all technical services activities are aligned with company's policies, procedures and standards

u2022 Develop, evaluate and review technical services procedures and standards and communicate any updates or enhancements of the same.

u2022 Prepare and submit equipment inspection schedules to technicians / coordinators at the company and monitor progress.

u2022 Supervise and monitor the regular inspection of company's stores equipment, utilities and facilities, in addition to reviewing all equipment warranties terms and conditions

u2022 Supervise and monitor the overall store equipment performance and report any deviations to the Director of Equipment.

u2022 Ensure that the Corporationu2019s directives and objectives are constantly adhered to in the planning and execution of all Technical Services activities.

2- Technical Services Operational Management:

u2022 Monitor the cost and effectiveness of activities to optimize resources, prioritize spending, and achieve timeliness, reliability and customer satisfaction standards.

u2022 Manage prioritize and implement service activities to fulfil maintenance contracts and service level agreements.

u2022 Manage service providers through coordinators and ensure response times are met, and down times are reduced.

u2022 Conduct periodic evaluation of service providers and provide positive and corrective feedback to improve standards of service

u2022 Supervise, plan and manage all the activities and processes within the Equipment Technical Services Division including installation, commissioning, maintenance and consumable spare parts management

u2022 Review and approve in coordination with the Director Equipment maintenance work orders performed by service providers, in addition to approving techniciansu2019 maintenance work orders related to consumable spare parts.

3- People Management:

u2022 Select, lead, direct, evaluate and develop a team of engineers and technicians to ensure that installations are completed on time and according to customers and company's standard requirements

u2022 Provide clear direction, prioritize tasks, assign and delegate responsibility and monitor the workflow of coordinators

u2022 Plan, manage and review individual performance of coordinators and provide them with regular feedback, development and training opportunities to help them develop and improve their skills.
