Qualifications

• Minimum of Bachelor s degree in a related field of study.

Knowledge

• Knowledge of Understanding by Design (UbD) principles and interdisciplinary planning.
• Proficiency in the use of the app Seesaw.
• Expertise in using Google Apps for Education.
• Understanding of conceptual based mathematics.

Experience

• In using the Lucy Calkins Readers and Writers workshop model.
• Working in close partnership with teachers to establish an appropriate child-centered learning environment.
• Participating fully in the preparation, planning and delivery of child-centered learning activities.
• Supporting individuals and groups of children.
• Helping to ensure that the classroom environment is well-managed, properly ordered and effectively presented.
