The ideal candidate must be capable of interpreting architectural and shop drawings, coordinating with MEP disciplines, selecting appropriate materials, and producing high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings. Strong communication, teamwork, and organizational skills are essential.

Develop interior design concepts and translate them into detailed technical drawings and 3D visualizations.

Identify, evaluate, and select suitable materials, finishes, and design components based on project requirements.

Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and suppliers throughout the project lifecycle.

Ensure design compliance with project specifications, standards, and timelines.

Assist in preparing BOQs, material specifications, and project documentation.

Maintain organized documentation and contribute actively to team coordination and problem-solving.

المتطلبات

• Bachelor s degree in الهندسة المعمارية or الهندسة المعمارية الداخلية.
• 3 5 years of experience in interior design, architectural design, or related fields.
• Strong proficiency in:
• AutoCAD
• Rendering software (SketchUP, V-Ray, Lumion, Enscape, or similar)
• Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
