Required Skills & Competencies:
Proficiency in design and visualization software: AutoCAD, SketchUp / 3ds Max / Revit, and rendering tools.
Strong understanding of spatial design, lighting, materials, and finishes.
Good knowledge of joinery, furniture detailing, and interior construction.
Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to articulate design ideas to clients.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously and working under tight deadlines.
Familiarity with construction site processes, contractor coordination, and quality control.

Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.
3 5 years of relevant professional experience in interior design, preferably in fit out or turnkey projects.
A compelling portfolio showcasing completed projects (residential, commercial, or hospitality) is mandatory.
Experience with turnkey interior fit-out (design through execution) is a plus.
