Job Description
Position: Interior Designer
Department: Property Management
Reports to: Project Specialist
Job Summary
To conceptualize, develop, and execute interior design projects that reflect the brand identity and functional needs of Al Forsan properties and assets. The role requires a high level of creativity, attention to detail, and coordination with project stakeholders to deliver high-quality design outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement Management
- Develop design concepts and prepare presentations, mood boards, and space planning layouts.
- Coordinate design development and documentation from concept to execution phase.
- Specify materials, finishes, furniture, and accessories in alignment with project goals.
- Produce and review technical drawings, 3D renders, and visual presentations.
- Conduct site visits to monitor work progress, quality, and adherence to design specifications.
- Liaise with contractors, consultants, and suppliers to ensure seamless project execution.
- Stay current with interior design trends, materials, and technology innovations.
- Ensure design compliance with local regulations, building codes, and sustainability practices.
- Support the project team in managing timelines, budgets, and approvals.

Minimum Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor,s degree in Interior Design or related discipline
- Minimum 3 to 5 years of proven interior design experience (UAE experience preferred)
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Revit, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools
- Strong portfolio showcasing residential, commercial, or hospitality design projects
- Excellent communication, presentation, and client-handling skills
- Detail-oriented with strong aesthetic and spatial awareness
- Arabic language proficiency is an advantage
- UAE Nationals will be given priority consideration
