Key responsibility:

Inventory Monitoring and Management:

• Track and record inventory levels across general supplies.
• Ensure that inventory is properly stored, labeled, and organized according to company standards.
• Monitor slow-moving, expired, or obsolete stock and report to the Inventory Supervisor.

Cycle Counting and Auditing:

• Conduct regular cycle counts and physical inventory checks in coordination with the warehouse team.
• Identify and investigate discrepancies between physical counts and system records.
• Support periodic internal and external audits, ensuring proper documentation and resolution of issues.

Inventory Transactions and Documentation:

• Maintain accurate records of goods received, transferred, consumed, or returned.
• Ensure all transactions are recorded in a timely manner in the ERP or inventory management system.
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly inventory reports.

Coordination and Communication:

• Assist in planning stock replenishment based on forecasts and consumption trends.
• Escalate urgent shortages or stock irregularities.

System and Compliance:

• Operate inventory systems efficiently and support continuous improvement of stock control processes.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory standards in all inventory activities.
• Participate in system upgrades or implementation of new inventory tools.
