الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Track inventory levels of materials, equipment, spare parts, and potentially bulk fuel, using computerized systems.
  • Conduct regular physical inventory counts and cycle checks, reconciling them with system records
  • Liaise with the purchasing, procurement, and logistics teams to raise purchase orders, schedule deliveries, and ensure timely receipt
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of all inventory transactions and generate reports for management on stock levels, usage, valuation, and obsolete items
  • Ensure all materials and equipment are stored safely and securely, complying with company HSEQ

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

4-6 yrs of experience in inventory control or stock replenishment, within the O&G industry.

Experience with inventory management software and Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems.

Strong ability to analyze complex data, identify trends, and solve problems related to inventory discrepancies and process inefficiencies
