المسؤوليات:
قيادة وتنفيذ التحقيقات الداخلية بشكل مستقل، أحيانًا متعددة التخصصات، مع التركيز على المسائل المتعلقة بمدونة سلوك الأعمال الخاصة بـ WFRD، ومعايير مكافحة الفساد، وسياسات الالتزام
التنسيق مع وظائف أخرى (التأكيد، الموارد البشرية، الصحة والسلامة، الأمن والعمليات) لتقديم النتائج والتوصيات للإدارة العليا
تحديد وتقييم مجالات مخاطر الالتزام الخاصة بـ WFRD والتوصية بإجراءات التخفيف من المخاطر
المساعدة في وظائف الالتزام والتأكيد في مراجعات/تدقيقات الالتزام المتعلقة بمكافحة الفساد في البلدان، وفي تدقيقات المكتب لعمليات الأعمال العالمية لـ WFRD
إعداد تقارير تحقيقية وتحليلات مالية لتقديمها للإدارة
المساعدة في تحديد وإصلاح فجوات العمليات والسلوك/السلوك غير المطابق (مثل الاحتيال، إساءة الاستخدام المالي)
تصميم وتقديم تدريب التحقيقات للمحققين غير المتخصصين في الالتزام
المساعدة في مشاريع أخرى قائمة على الالتزام حسب الحاجة
المتطلبات:
خبرة سابقة leading في التحقيقات الداخلية وindependently إدارة مجموعة قضايا ذات صلة (أي، خبرة في إدارة المشاريع والقضايا)
معرفة قابلة للإثبات بمبادئ وممارسات قانون مكافحة الفساد الأمريكي وقانون الرشوة البريطاني
القدرة على فهم وتفسير وتطبيق اللوائح/الإجراءات المعقدة
مهارات بحث وكتابة بارزة
اهتمام متقدم بالتفاصيل والقدرة على أداء مهام متعددة وإدارة مشاريع وأنشطة متعددة بفعالية في بيئة سريعة
مهارات تنظيمية قوية والقدرة على العمل في بيئة فريق
مهارات تواصل واستجابة قيادية استثنائية
مهارات تحليلية بارزة وحكم
القدرة على التعامل مع مسائل حساسة للغاية بسرية مطلقة، وفهم قضايا الامتياز في سياق التحقيقات الداخلية
مبادر؛ القدرة على العمل بفعالية وبشكل استباقي مع الحد الأدنى من الإشراف
مهارات قوية في إدارة الوقت وتحديد الأولويات
إجادة في Word وPowerPoint وExcel وغيرها من مهارات قواعد البيانات ذات الصلة
خبرة مع EthicsPoint أو منصات قواعد بيانات إدخال القضايا المماثلة الأخرى
قد يتطلب هذا المنصب السفر الدولي بنسبة تصل إلى 25%
إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية والعربية كتابةً وتحدثًا
5 سنوات من الخبرة في المجال القانوني، الالتزام و/أو التحقيقات
3+ سنوات من الخبرة في دعم و/أو قيادة التحقيقات/الاستفسارات المتعلقة بالاحتيال أو مكافحة الفساد
مؤهل للعمل في مصر بدون تأشيرة
المفضل:
خبرة سابقة في الالتزام أو الخبرة القانونية في الشركات
فهم مبادئ المحاسبة الأساسية والخبرة في تحليل البيانات المالية (خبرة في المحاسبة الجنائية)
خبرة في العمل مع و/أو إدارة مستشارين خارجيين
إجادة العمل مع JD Edwards (JDE) و/أو SAP
خبرة في العمل في صناعة النفط والغاز
خبرة في العمل مع أدوات جمع البيانات الإلكترونية ومراجعة e-Discovery (مثل Relativity وNuix)
خبرة/خلفية في التقاضي
درجة JD، درجة قانونية
تدريب رسمي في التحقيقات/القانون
تدريب رسمي في المحاسبة الجنائية وخبرة/إجادة في العمل مع JDE و/أو SAP
الحصول على وضع فاحص الاحتيال المعتمد
مهارات لغوية إضافية (فرنسية، إيطالية، إسبانية، ألمانية، ماندرين)
المؤهلات:
درجة جامعية مطلوبة (قانونية، مالية)

Previous experience leading internal investigations and independently managing a related caseload (i.e., Project and case management expertise), Demonstrable knowledge of FCPA & UK Bribery Act principles and practices, Ability to understand, interpret, and apply complex regulations/procedures, Outstanding research and writing skills, Advanced attention to detail and the ability to multi-task & manage multiple projects and activities effectively in a fast-paced environment, Strong organizational skills and an ability to work in a team environment, Exceptionally strong communication, interpersonal and leadership skills , Outstanding analytical skills and judgment, Ability to handle highly sensitive matters with absolute discretion, understanding of privilege issues in the context of internal investigations , Self-starter; ability to work effectively and proactively with minimal supervision, Strong time management and prioritization skills, Proficiency in Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and other relevant database skills, Experience with EthicsPoint or other similar case intake databases/platforms, Position may require up to 25% international travel, Fluent in both English and Arabic written and verbal, 5 years of Legal, Compliance and/or Investigations experience, 3+ years of experience supporting and/or leading fraud or anti-corruption-related investigations/inquiries, Eligible to work in Egypt without a visa
