Investment Product Manager

Accountabilities and Key Roles:

• Execute the strategic vision for WM investment products and services in alignment with the bank's overall goals and objectives, by developing offering and solutions tailored to various CB segments and markets.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for new products or enhancements to existing ones.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, test, and launch new investment products.
• Work closely with technology teams and relevant stakeholders to develop and ensure seamless integration of WM platforms which cater various CB segments, enhancing the overall client experience.
• Oversee the entire product lifecycle from ideation to retirement, including pricing strategies, feature prioritization, and regulatory compliance.
• Stay informed about market trends, regulatory changes, and industry best practices related to investment products.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders (PB, AB invest, ABS, Treasury, IT, Compliance, legal and risk), external partners/Third parties, and key clients to understand their needs and preferences.
• Provide expertise and support to relationship managers, financial advisors, and other client-facing teams to effectively promote and sell investment products.
• Ensure that all investment products comply with regulatory requirements, internal policies, and industry standards.
• Identify and mitigate potential risks associated with product design, distribution, and performance.
• Prepare and finalize product-related policies and procedures for WM offering, ensuring alignment with internal and external requirements.
• Monitor the performance of products across regions, analyze key metrics, make recommendations for product enhancements or adjustments as needed, and identify opportunities and managing risks
• Present and advocate for WM offering of various CB segments in different markets.
• Provide training and educational material to internal teams and clients on WM products and services, including investment strategies, product features, and regulatory requirements.
• Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement within the product management function.
