ISO Coordinator

We are seeking a proactive ISO Coordinator to lead and manage enterprise-level quality initiatives and ISO compliance across the organization. This role goes beyond technical compliance – you will partner with senior management, drive policy and process standardization, and ensure the organization meets international quality benchmarks.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and maintain organization-wide ISO-compliant policies, SOPs, and quality frameworks.
• Partner with management and cross-functional teams to embed quality standards into business operations.
• Lead internal audits and coordinate external ISO audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformities.
• Monitor, evaluate, and continuously improve quality processes across all departments.
• Draft and maintain high-level documentation, reports, and dashboards for senior leadership.
• Provide training, guidance, and awareness programs on quality policies and ISO standards.
• Support enterprise risk management by identifying gaps and implementing control measures.
• Serve as the key liaison between management, departments, and external auditors.
