1. Design, deploy, and manage servers, storage, virtualization, and network environments (on-premises and cloud).

2. Monitor system performance, capacity, and availability to ensure optimal uptime.

3. Implement infrastructure automation, configuration management, and monitoring solutions.

4. Manage VMware, Hyper-V, or equivalent virtualization platforms.

5. Deploy and manage workloads in cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, GCP) ensuring cost efficiency and security.

6. Configure and troubleshoot LAN/WAN, firewalls, load balancers, VPN, and routing protocols.

7. Collaborate with security teams to implement best practices, including patching, access control, and compliance standards.

8. Implement and manage backup solutions, replication, and disaster recovery procedures.

9. Participate in business continuity planning and execution.

10. Work closely with applications, DBA, and support teams to deliver reliable IT services.

11. Maintain detailed infrastructure documentation, SOPs, and architecture diagrams.

12. Other duties assigned within the scope of the job.

Skills and Abilities:

- Proficient in managing Windows/Linux servers, Active Directory, and virtualization platforms (VMware/Hyper-V).

- Strong understanding of networking concepts, including VLANs, firewalls, VPNs, and load balancing.

- Skilled in storage, backup, and disaster recovery solutions ensuring business continuity.

- Experience with monitoring tools and automation (PowerShell, Bash, Ansible).

- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a focus on high availability and security.

- Effective communicator and team player with the ability to work in fast-paced environments.

Experience: IT Infrastructure: 0 - 2 years of experience in IT Infrastructure or related field.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.

Language: Excellent command of oral and written English and prefer Arabic.

Licenses / Certifications: Preferred certifications:

- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate

- VMware Certified Professional (VCP-DCV)

- Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
