We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to own and grow strategic client relationships in the KSA market. In this newly created role, youll drive revenue, maximize client value, and identify growth opportunities while working closely with decision-makers including C-level stakeholders.
You will play a key role in expanding existing accounts, uncovering new opportunities, and positioning cutting-edge AI and software solutions to meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
Revenue & Account Growth
- Drive revenue, achieve sales targets, and meet KPIs
- Manage multiple key accounts while ensuring retention and growth
Client Relationship Management
- Build strong, long-term relationships with prospects and clients
- Understand client industries, strategies, and business goals
Sales Strategy & Execution
- Execute sales strategies for assigned accounts and industries
- Identify new business opportunities through networking and events
- Upsell and cross-sell company solutions
Solution Consulting
- Match client needs with tailored software and AI solutions
- Stay up to date through continuous product and market training
- Prepare proposals, quotes, and bid specifications
Negotiation & Contract Management
- Negotiate pricing, contracts, and service agreements
- Analyze market trends and competitive data
Reporting & Communication
- Track accounts, leads, and performance via CRM systems
- Deliver insights, reports, and presentations to stakeholders
What We're Looking For
Experience
- 5 7 years in sales and account management
- 5+ years in B2B IT sales
- Minimum 3 years in IT sales within the KSA market
Languages
- Native Arabic
- Fluent English (spoken & written)
Education
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- MBA or equivalent is a strong plus
Technical & Industry Knowledge
- CRM experience (Odoo is a plus)
- Experience in Vehicles & Fleet Management solutions and/or government sector is highly desirable
