IT Specialist - MS Dynamics

A leading Food manufacturing company in Lebanon with international distribution is seeking an IT Specialist MS Dynamics, who will be responsible for maintaining, supporting, and optimizing the company s ERP systems. The role ensures smooth system operations, provides technical assistance to users, develops reports, and coordinates with external vendors for updates and enhancements.

• Maintain, configure, and support ERP modules including Production, Inventory, Sales, and HR.
• Provide hands-on support for Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision) and Microsoft 365 Finance & Operations.
• Coordinate with ERP vendors for system enhancements, bug fixes, and version upgrades.
• Perform routine system monitoring and ensure ERP performance and availability.
• Provide day-to-day technical support to ERP users.
• Conduct user training sessions and prepare support documentation.
• Troubleshoot user issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Develop and generate reports and dashboards as required by management.
• Use SQL, Power BI, or similar reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making.
• Troubleshoot IT hardware and software issues as required.
• Support network, email, and system administration tasks.
• Ensure data security protocols and backup systems are functioning effectively.

• Bachelor s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, MIS, or related field.
• Minimum 2+ years of experience in ERP support or related IT roles.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance & Operations and Nav (Navision).
• Strong understanding of business processes (Finance, Sales, Inventory, Production, HR).
• Knowledge of SQL databases and reporting tools.
• Experience in user training and end-user support.
• Basic understanding of networking, servers, and system administration.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Experience in process documentation and workflow mapping.
