Key Responsibilities:

• End user support
• Experience in O365, Server,Storage, Firewall, Switches and Access Points
• Operation Experience with VMware, Venter, ESXi, Veeam backup solutions.
• Good understanding CallCenter concept and managing 3CX, Avaya & Grand stream.
• Excellent trouble shooting skills required
• Familiar with Support Management Ticketing Software
• Good Command in English language is required
• At least 3 years of experience in Qatar in a similar position.

General IT Task list and Managment

• Respond to and resolve hardware and software issues reported by staff. Provide on-site and remote support as needed to any potential problems with respect to the day-to-day operations of the Clinics.
• Ongoing and processing support calls.
• Monitor and maintain network performance, including LAN, WAN, and VPN (Site to Site & SD-WAN) connections.
• Troubleshoot network issues and implement solutions to improve connectivity and performance.
• Configure and manage network devices, including routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, printer server and scanners.
• Planning and undertaking scheduled maintenance upgrades
• Assist in monitoring and maintaining the Clinical applications network infrastructure, including Wi-Fi access points, firewalls, and switches.
• Implement and maintain Active Directory Federation Services (AD FS) for secure access to applications.
• Oversee the deployment, management, and troubleshooting of domain controllers in a multi-domain environment.
• Ensure high availability and reliability of domain services, including DNS and DHCP.
• Perform regular backups and disaster recovery exercises for domain controllers.
• Administer Active Directory (AD) services, including user account management, group policy configuration, and security settings including user account, for staff training.
• Network cable arrangements and patching and fixing the terminations if emergency situations.
• Assisting to Doctors, Nurses and Admins and END users to determine the nature of any problems they encounter
• Investigating, diagnosing and solving computer software and hardware faults.
• Supervising the employes and non-technical staffs.
• CCTV, Videos recording and events monitoring.
• Checking backups, Network connectivity computer equipment for electrical safety.
• Maintaining records of software licenses.
• Managing stocks of equipment, consumables and other supplies.

IT Vendors Coordinating:

• Coordinate with Software Vendors and any other parties such as IT Suppliers for hardware and network service providers.

Job Specifications:

• Engineering Diploma/bachelor s degree in information technology or Electronics and Communication Engineering or Computer Engineering or related fields.
• Computer knowledge: Hardware, Software, Data Base, Networking. Well experienced in systems design, analysis and project implementation.
• Proven experience in network management, Active Directory, firewall management (preferably Fortinet)
• Strong understanding of networking protocols, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and VPN technologies.
• Business Knowledge: Clinical management, equipment maintenance etc. Good understanding Hospital and Clinical workflow. General understanding of Back Office modules and interfaces.
• Basic Knowlege Data Bases: Oracle, MS Access, SQL.
• Certification (e.g., CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent) is a plus.
• Network & Technical Skill: Huawei Switches, MS Exchange, Office 365, Web Programming Tools.
