Perform daily banking and accounting transactions for the money received, including foreign currency and petty cash.

Verify and count all money amounts and issue receipts for funds received.

Withdraw cash from bank accounts and keep custody of cash funds.

Ensure all cash is locked in a safe.

Endorse checks, lists and total cash for bank deposit.

Stamp and deliver checks received, along with cash money to the accredited bank.

Compile collection, disbursement, and bank reconciliation reports.

Prepare transfer letters of fund.

Prepare checks for payment to the suppliers, municipalities, private locations and other expenditures according to the payment orders.

Ensure receipts of cash payments.

Keep record of all issued checks on an excel sheets.

Register petty cash journal on a daily basis.
