    • Diala Travel & Tourism has been organizing trips for many years, and we are still as dedicated to organizing your ideal trip as we were the day we started.

  • Job Description:
    • - Recording of day-to-day transactions in Accounting system.
    • - Ensure Financial statement is prepared.
    • - Suggest for change in accounting process where it is required.
    • - Prepare monthly Variance report based on Actual and Budgeted P&L for each business unit.
    • - Participate in the preparation of the needed reports related to accounts payable (daily, weekly, monthly, and annually) on time for effective management decision making
    • - Managing accounts receivables and accounts payables and maintaining records of vendor relations and statuses
    • - Processing journal entries to the general ledger
    • - Reconciling bank and credit card accounts on weekly basis
    • - Working with the Manager in forecasting income and expenses
    • - Prepare monthly payroll and timely submission to the management
    • - To draft the management reports each month as per the requirement.
    • - Set-up and maintain a Company Asset and supplier register.
    • - Streamlining of processes and automation of tasks
    • - Prepare reports for presentation to Directors and Stakeholders
    • - Provide effective credit control
    • - Develop a strong working relationship with key customers and ensure invoicing is correct and accurate
    • - Other tasks as may be assigned from time to time
    • Prepare and file VAT returns as per UAE Federal Tax Authority (FTA) regulations
    • Ensure compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws
    • Maintain accurate tax records and financial statements
    • Conduct tax audits and reconcile tax liabilities
    • Advise on tax-saving strategies and risk mitigation
    • Liaise with the FTA and external auditors for tax matters
    • Stay updated on changes in UAE tax regulations
    • Use accounting software such as Tally, QuickBooks,
  • Desired Skills and Experience:
    • Desired Skills and Experience
      - Bachelor s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
    • - Minimum of 1-2 years of accounting experience, preferably in the Travel.
    • - Experiences in Prepare and file tax returns accurately and timely for VAT
    • - Proficiency in accounting software (quickbook) and Microsoft Office.
    • - Experience with tax audits and compliance reporting
    • - Knowledge in compliance with UAE Corporate Tax laws
    • - Experiences in Conducting tax audits and reconcile tax liabilities
    • - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving skills.
    • - Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • -Strong knowledge of UAE VAT, corporate tax
    • - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple tasks efficiently.
    • - Customer-oriented with a proactive attitude and attention to detail.
