KAD Commercial Property Management

KAD Commercial Property Management is hiring a Junior Architect for its office in Heliopolis with the following skills:

• Bachelor of Architectural Engineering from a renowned private university with a graduation grade not less than good .
• Proficient user of AutoCAD, Photoshop, 3D Studio Max & Sketchup
• Good command of English and Arabic (written and spoken)
• Familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Awareness of brands in the retail market.
• Familiarity with documentation and manuals is a plus
• Fresh graduates are welcome. A maximum of 2 years of relevant experience is preferred
