• Drawing Preparation: Assist the Senior Draftsman and Engineers in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings, layouts, and schematics for various civil and infrastructure elements, which may include:
  Structural details (foundations, columns, beams).
  Architectural details (floor plans, sections, elevations).
  Infrastructure utilities (water supply, drainage, sewerage, duct banks).
  Roads and pavement details.
• Shop Drawings: Support the preparation of Shop Drawings based on approved design drawings, adding construction-specific details and dimensions.
• Revisions and Amendments: Modify and update drawings quickly and accurately as directed by the design team, incorporating red-line markups and feedback from engineers and site teams.
• As-Built Drawings: Assist in the preparation of "As-Built" drawings upon project completion, accurately reflecting the final constructed state based on site survey data.

Compliance and Quality Control

• Standards Adherence: Ensure all drafted documents and drawings strictly comply with company drafting standards, project specifications, and local authority regulations (e.g., DM, RTA, DEWA, ADSSC).
• Accuracy Check: Perform basic checks on drawings to ensure dimensions, materials, and scale are accurate and consistent with engineering inputs.

Document Control and Administration

• Filing and Archiving: Maintain an organized and structured electronic drawing archive, ensuring proper version control, naming conventions, and secure storage of all CAD files and printed drawings.
• Plotting and Submission: Prepare, plot, and package drawing sets for site use, internal review, and submission to consultants or authorities.
• Quantity Take-Off (QTO): Assist the Quantity Surveying team with basic quantity take-offs by measuring and calculating material requirements directly from the prepared drawings.
