Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Junior Graphic Designer – Social Media based at our office in Raoucheh, Beirut. The role focuses primarily on creating visual content for social media platforms, including static posts, carousels, and short-form videos.

The Junior Graphic Designer will be responsible for designing, adapting, and refining social media assets in line with brand guidelines and campaign objectives, as well as managing the scheduling and publishing of content across assigned social media accounts.

The role involves close collaboration with the creative and account teams to ensure content is delivered on time, aligned with project requirements, and optimized for each platform. Basic administrative and technical support related to social content production and publishing may also be part of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong knowledge and skills in graphic design with a focus on social media content

- Experience designing static posts, carousels, and short-form video content

- Good understanding of branding, visual identity, and consistency across social platforms

- Solid skills in typography, layout, and visual hierarchy

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); motion tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar) are a plus

- Familiarity with social media platforms and content publishing/scheduling tools

- Strong attention to detail with clear visual communication skills

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

- Prior internship or junior-level experience in graphic design or social media content creation is a plus
