Job Description

The Key Account Manager for the Middle East region is a strategic role responsible for nurturing and growing relationships with key clients. This role is pivotal in ensuring customer satisfaction, securing renewals, and driving new business within a specified territory. The successful candidate will leverage their in-depth understanding of the market and client needs to tailor solutions that align with both customer and company objectives. You will act as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts and work collaboratively across internal teams to deliver exceptional service and effective solutions. Your expertise in account management and your proactive approach to identifying growth opportunities will be crucial in achieving the company s financial goals and enhancing client loyalty and retention. Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with key accounts in the Middle East.
  • Identify new sales opportunities within existing accounts to ensure future growth.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to design customized solutions that meet client needs.
  • Conduct regular meetings and presentations to keep clients engaged and informed.
  • Monitor and analyze account performance data to drive effective sales strategies.
  • Prepare and deliver strategic account plans to expand client base and increase revenue.
  • Act as a liaison between the company and clients to address any issues and concerns.
  • Negotiate and close sales agreements to exceed customer expectations and company objectives.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to management on a regular basis.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by managing service delivery metrics.
  • Educate clients about product features and benefits, enhancing product knowledge.
  • Uphold company values and ethics while fostering a positive company image.

Requirements
  • Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is required.
  • Proven experience in account management or sales, preferably within the Middle East market.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address client needs effectively.
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts while providing strong attention to detail.
  • Understanding of market trends and cultural nuances within the Middle East region.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within the territory to meet with clients.
