Key Responsibilities
- Ensure consistent cleanliness and sanitation across all food preparation and service areas including kitchens, dishwashing zones, storage areas, and staff facilities
- Conduct regular inspections to identify hygiene gaps, recommend improvements, and implement corrective actions
- Maintain detailed records of cleaning schedules, inspection results, and staff hygiene training activities
- Work closely with the culinary, stewarding, and banquet teams to ensure all food handling meets HACCP and brand standards
- Support the implementation of sustainability and waste management initiatives within kitchen operations
- Coordinate with suppliers and external service providers to ensure compliance with hygiene requirements
- Assist in training team members on hygiene procedures and safe food handling practices

Prior experience in kitchen hygiene, food safety, or stewarding supervision in hotels or large-scale catering operations
Strong knowledge of HACCP, food safety regulations, and cleaning protocols
Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills
Ability to multitask, maintain attention to detail, and work in a fast-paced environment
Creativity and innovation in promoting sustainable hygiene solutions
Proficiency in record-keeping and basic reporting tools
