- القدرة على اتباع إجراءات الرواتب والزي الرسمي بشكل صحيح.
- القدرة على تقديم الخدمة تحت إشراف كبير المهندسين، وإجراء الإصلاحات كما هو موضح في قائمة المهارات الفنية، للسباكة، والبخار، والغاز، والحريق والسلامة، والتكييف، والتبريد.
- القدرة على تقديم إصلاحات وصيانة الأنابيب والسباكة لأنظمة مياه التكييف، وأنظمة الضخ، والمطبخ والمعدات المرتبطة بها في جميع أنحاء المبنى.
- القدرة على تركيب الأنابيب للتجديدات، وإضافات التجهيزات الصحية، وتوزيع المياه والأنظمة المرتبطة بها، باستخدام المشاعل، وآلات اللحام، ومعدات خيوط الأنابيب، إلخ.
- القدرة على المساعدة في تقديم الصيانة الوقائية لجميع معدات السباكة وتحديث السجلات المناسبة.
