Equipment & Laboratory Maintenance

• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

• Ensure laboratory equipment is kept in good working condition and report any malfunction.

• Clean laboratory equipment and maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work

environment.

• Participate in equipment calibration schedules and verification activities.

Quality Control & External Coordination

• Send samples to approved external laboratories for specialized analysis when required.

• Participate in inter-laboratory (round-robin) testing and quality comparison exercises.

• Maintain accurate records of customer samples received and samples sent externally.

Inventory & Documentation

• Ensure proper storage of catalyst samples and maintain complete sample registers.

• Monitor and maintain adequate stock levels of laboratory consumables, chemicals, and

spare parts.

• Coordinate with stores and inventory personnel for replenishment and stock control.

• Maintain and periodically check the laboratory First Aid box and safety supplies.

Training & Support

• Assist in training plant and production personnel on basic catalyst sampling and testing

procedures.

• Support continuous improvement initiatives related to laboratory practices, safety, and

efficiency.

Health, Safety & Compliance

• Follow all laboratory safety rules, HSE procedures, and company policies at all times.

• Ensure proper handling, labelling, and disposal of chemicals and waste materials.

• Contribute to maintaining a safe and compliant laboratory environment.
