Key Responsibilities:

• Design Leadership:

Lead the design process, from conception to completion, ensuring high-quality and innovative architectural solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate architectural concepts into overall project objectives.

• Design Development:

Develop and refine design concepts based on client requirements, budget constraints, and regulatory considerations.

Produce detailed drawings, models, and specifications using various design software.

• Regulatory Compliance:

Ensure that all architectural designs comply with local building codes, Authorities regulations, and International Standards.

Coordinate with regulatory authorities to obtain necessary permits and approvals.

• Client Interaction:

Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and expectations.

Attend meeting and present design proposals and project s progress to clients and stakeholders.

• Quality Control:

Implement and maintain quality control processes throughout the design process to avoid conflicts or missing information, ensuring the highest standards of quality are met.

• Team Collaboration:

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural engineers, MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) engineers, and other consultants.

Provide guidance and mentorship to architects and team members.

• Technology Integration:

Utilize advanced architectural software and technology for design and project management.

Implement Building Information Modeling (BIM) processes and standards.

REQUIREMENTS

• Educational Qualifications:

Bachelor s or Master s degree in architecture.

• Experience Requirements:

Not less than 10 years of relevant experience in architectural design.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in the UAE projects.

• Technical Expertise:

Extensive experience in design engineering disciplines, techniques, and best practices.

Demonstrated expertise in architectural design principles, construction materials, and building systems.

Significant experience in developing detailed design and tender documents, including interdisciplinary coordination and quality control, to ensure timely project delivery.

Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, with Revit experience being advantageous.

In-depth knowledge of UAE building codes, authority requirements, regulations, and international codes and standards.

Up to date with industry trends, new technologies, and sustainable design practices.
