Lead BIM Engineer – Fit-Out Projects (Riyadh) Location: Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Employment Type: Full-Time Project Type: Hospitality, High-Rise Towers, Mixed-Use & Luxury Fit-Out Projects

Role Overview We are seeking an experienced Lead BIM Engineer to lead and manage BIM delivery for large-scale fit-out projects in Riyadh. The successful candidate will be responsible for BIM strategy, coordination, and execution across multidisciplinary teams, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely project delivery in line with Saudi standards and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead BIM implementation and execution for fit-out projects including hotels, high-rise towers, and commercial developments

• Develop and manage BIM Execution Plans (BEP), workflows, and standards

• Coordinate architectural, structural, MEP, and fit-out BIM models

• Ensure clash detection, constructability reviews, and model optimization

• Manage BIM teams, modelers, and external consultants

• Ensure compliance with client BIM requirements, Saudi regulations, and project specifications

• Oversee model submissions, approvals, and as-built documentation

• Support construction teams with BIM-based shop drawings, sequencing, and coordination

• Interface with project managers, consultants, and clients at senior level
