الأدوار والمسؤوليات
- Lead the civil engineering design and construction activities for oil and gas projects, ensuring adherence to industry standards and regulations.
- Manage and review detailed engineering drawings, specifications, and calculations for civil works, including pipelines, storage tanks, and process facilities.
- Conduct regular site inspections and audits to monitor construction progress, quality control, and safety compliance.
- Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, including structural, mechanical, and process engineers, to ensure project integration and alignment.
- Prepare and review project budgets, schedules, and cost estimates for civil engineering scope of work.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges associated with civil engineering aspects of oil and gas projects.
الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited university.
- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in civil engineering, with a significant focus on the oil and gas industry.
- Demonstrated experience in the design and construction of oil and gas facilities, including pipelines, terminals, and processing plants.
- Proven ability to manage and lead engineering teams, ensuring effective collaboration and communication.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
