Qualifications:

20+ years of experience in quantity surveying, cost control, or project financials in energy or infrastructure projects.
Proven expertise in large-scale substations, power systems, or similar projects.
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related discipline.
Strong knowledge of industry standards, contracts, and cost management tools.
Excellent leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
Experience with cost control software and ERP systems.
