Your mission :

Within our project teams, you will contribute to the development of innovative digital solutions for major clients in the banking, insurance, energy and industry sectors. You will join a multidisciplinary team, organized in Agile mode, and working on high-impact business projects.

As a Tech Lead Backend, you will be involved in various missions such as :

• Define the technical architecture and ensure the quality of backend developments.
• Supervise and technically support the development teams.
• Design and develop robust and scalable solutions in Java/Jakarta EE or Struts.
• Implement good development, security and performance practices.
• Collaborate with product, front-end and DevOps teams to ensure the overall coherence of the solutions.
• Participate in the integration of solutions in CI/CD environments (Git, Azure DevOps, Terraform).
• Contribute to technological watch and continuous improvement of processes.

Your profile :

• Diploma in computer science or equivalent.
• Confirmed experience ( 5 years) in backend development and as a Tech Lead.
• Mastery of the Jakarta EE and/or Struts frameworks, as well as service-oriented architectures (REST, microservices).
• Solid experience in Java, SQL and cloud environments (Azure, AWS or GCP).
• Knowledge of orchestration and CI/CD tools (Airflow, Azure Data Factory, Git, Azure DevOps).
• Technical leadership, sense of analysis, autonomy and ability to work in a team.
• A cloud or Java certification is a plus.
