Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our real estate team in Abu Dhabi. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy sales, client interaction, and the property market.

You will be responsible for managing leasing inquiries, conducting property viewings, and helping clients find the right property while achieving leasing targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to property leasing inquiries in a professional and timely manner

• Schedule and conduct property viewings with potential tenants

• Convert property inquiries into successful leasing agreements

• Guide tenants through the leasing process from inquiry to move-in

• Negotiate lease terms in line with company policies

• Handle lease renewals and follow up with existing tenants

• Maintain accurate leasing records and client information
