الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Analyze the company's contracts and modify them if necessary. 
  • To develop and/or implement contract models.
  • Advising and putting one's knowledge of Algerian law to use in legal services.
  • To support and resolve disputes while safeguarding the interests of the company.
  • To ensure legal monitoring (legislation, regulations, case law, etc.) general and specific to the company's activity (construction and general contracting).
  • To translate orally or in writing in accordance with the importance of legal and judicial documents from Arabic into French, including formal notices, letters, judgments with or without enforcement titles, etc.
  • Ensure the renewal of business registries.
  • Provides legal support to operational staff.
  • Perform periodic quantitative and qualitative reporting.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bachelor's degree + 4 years of law.
  • No less than 3 years of experience in the field
  • Good knowledge of Algerian regulations.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in writing and orally.
  • Very good sense of organization.
  • Excellent command of French.
  • With CAPA (confirm).
  • Lieu : Staoueli Alger.
