Role Summary

What You ll Do

* Process new loan disbursals and amendments for corporate loans, including syndicated, bilateral, Murabaha, and Ijarah facilities
* Input, update, and manage loan data in the core banking system, including changes in pricing, tenor, repayment schedules, and settlements
* Handle account blocking/unblocking, internal fund transfers, fee bookings, and remittance instructions
* Perform reconciliation of internal accounts and follow up on pending dues or outstanding items
* Ensure all transactions are processed in compliance with SOPs, Delegation of Authority (DOA), internal policies, and SLA commitments
* Participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for new system features or process enhancements
* Respond to internal stakeholder inquiries related to loan processing and documentation
* Track due dates, maintain transaction diaries, and generate periodic reports and MIS for decision-making support
* Contribute to process improvement initiatives and support risk mitigation through error-free operations
* Collaborate with the Credit Administration Department (CAD), Finance, and Payments Center as needed

Candidate Requirements

* Bachelor s degree in Commerce, Accounting, Finance, or related field
* 4 6 years of banking experience, with a minimum of 4 years in corporate loan operations or processing roles
* Strong knowledge of loan products, including syndicated loans, bilateral facilities, and Islamic financing structures
* Familiarity with core banking systems and end-to-end loan lifecycle management
* High attention to detail and compliance orientation
* Strong communication skills and ability to interact with internal teams
* Proactive approach to resolving discrepancies and process gaps
