Logistics Coordinator AQUACHEMIE MIDDLE EAST FZE

We are looking for a proactive Logistics Coordinator to manage import clearances, transportation, and end-to-end logistics operations across UAE (Khalifa Port, Jebel Ali, KEZAD, and Dubai terminals). The role involves coordinating with suppliers, customers (including ADNOC), transporters, and internal teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of chemical products.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle import clearance activities at Khalifa Port and Jebel Ali, including BOE processing and approvals (SIRA, MOH, MOFA, etc.)

• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and clearance agents for inbound shipments

• Manage logistics distribution and transportation from Abu Dhabi (KEZAD) and Dubai terminals

• Schedule dispatches based on customer call-offs and sales instructions

• Coordinate bulk chemical deliveries and ensure timely execution

• Liaise with key clients (e.g., ADNOC) for delivery schedules, sampling, and dispatch instructions

• Prepare shipping documents and process delivery notes (intercompany & customer)

• Upload vendor invoices, GRPO, and delivery acknowledgements in SAP

• Monitor inventory and consumables at KEZAD and support warehouse operations

• Plan efficient delivery routes and optimize transportation costs

• Coordinate with drivers, warehouse, and operations teams for smooth execution

• Handle ISO tank allocations, returns, and related documentation

• Verify vendor/transporter invoices and ensure timely processing

• Maintain regular communication with customers and resolve delivery issues
