About the Role

Spider Plus Construction Equipment Trading LLC is looking for a Logistics Coordinator – KSA to manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics operations across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role involves equipment delivery and collection, parts coordination, documentation handling, and close coordination with customers, workshop teams, and UAE operations to ensure smooth and timely execution of jobs.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate delivery and collection of construction equipment across KSA

• Arrange transportation for operators, fleet, and materials

• Manage parts and materials, including ordering from OEMs and approved suppliers

• Ensure timely supply of parts to the KSA workshop

• Handle logistics documentation such as delivery notes, collection notes, timesheets, and gate passes

• Ensure all pre-hire and off-hire documentation is completed accurately

• Coordinate with sales, operations, drivers, and site teams on schedules and requirements

• Provide regular updates on delivery status, delays, or issues

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and HSE requirements
