Logistics Executive Reloop Global FZE

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Logistics Executive to manage transportation, inventory coordination, and order fulfillment activities. The candidate will ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods while maintaining accurate documentation and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

1. Transportation & Distribution

• Plan and coordinate dispatch of goods to customers and warehouses

• Liaise with transporters, freight forwarders, and courier partners

• Track shipments and ensure on-time delivery

• Resolve transportation issues and delays

2. Inventory & Warehouse Coordination

• Monitor stock levels and maintain inventory records

• Coordinate with warehouse team for receiving and dispatch

• Conduct periodic stock audits

• Ensure proper storage and space utilization

3. Order Processing

• Process sales orders and prepare dispatch documentation

• Verify invoices, packing lists, and delivery challans

• Ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment

• Handle returns and reverse logistics

4. Documentation & Compliance

• Prepare shipping and logistics documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations

• Maintain accurate records for reporting and audits

5. Vendor & Cost Management

• Negotiate freight rates with transporters

• Monitor logistics expenses and control costs

• Evaluate vendor performance

6. Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly logistics reports

• Track KPIs such as on-time delivery and order accuracy

• Update ERP system with shipment and inventory data

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field

  2–4 years of experience in logistics or supply chain operations

• Proficiency in MS Excel and ERP systems

• Strong communication and coordination skills

• Good problem-solving ability

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• JAFZA experience is plus
