Production & Logistics Coordination

• Support daily logistics and production operations to ensure smooth material flow.

• Coordinate with Production, Planning, Warehousing, and Delivery teams for timely execution.

• Ensure materials are prepared, packed, and dispatched as per project schedules.

Material Handling & Storage

• Basic understanding of façade materials: aluminium, glass, brackets, panels, hardware, etc.

• Ensure proper packaging, stacking, labelling, and storage of materials.

• Monitor safe and efficient loading/unloading activities.

Vehicle & Transportation Management

• Plan vehicles, schedule deliveries, and manage dispatch operations.

• Track vehicle movement to ensure timely site deliveries.

• Maintain delivery-related documentation: DOs, GRNs, packing lists, trip sheets, etc.

Material Handling Equipment (MHE) Exposure

• Hands-on experience with forklifts, pallet trucks, cranes, and lifting equipment.

• Ensure safe operation and handling of all MHEs.

Manpower Planning & Supervision

• Allocate manpower for packing, loading, unloading, and material movement.

• Supervise helpers, operators, and logistics assistants to ensure productivity and safety.

Documentation & Reporting

• Prepare daily/weekly logistics reports, tracking sheets, and MIS.

• Use Excel and MS Office tools effectively for reporting and coordination.

• Maintain documentation required for audits, inspections, and compliance.

Safety & Compliance

• Ensure adherence to all warehouse, HSE, and logistics safety protocols.

• Identify and report risks, incidents, and non‑compliance.

• Maintain a safe working environment across production and logistics areas.
