Logistics & HSE Manager


Logistics :

  • Supervise all logistics operations (receiving, storage, transport, delivery).
  • Optimize physical and information flows to ensure efficiency, cost, quality and deadlines.
  • Managing relationships with logistics providers and carriers.
  • Set up and monitor logistics performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Ensure compliance of procedures with international industry requirements.

Health, Safety & Environment (HSE):

  • Deploy and enforce the group's HSE policy on the site and within the supply chain.
  • To lead actions for the prevention of occupational and environmental risks.
  • Ensure regulatory compliance and HSE audits.
  • Train and raise awareness among teams regarding best practices in safety and the environment.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين

  • Bac+5 degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, QHSE or equivalent.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in an industrial or raw materials distribution environment.
  • In-depth knowledge of international HSE standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, etc.).
  • Proficiency in logistics management tools (WMS, ERP, etc.).
  • Leadership, rigor, organizational skills and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent English essential (international working language).
