Machine Operator

Ultratec 3D Printing

Operate and monitor 3D printing and related fabrication machines according to production schedules and specifications.

Prepare machines for printing, including material loading, calibration, and parameter setup.

Inspect finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and project requirements.

Perform routine machine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting to prevent downtime.

Report any technical or mechanical issues to the Project Engineer or Production Supervisor.

Assist in post-processing tasks such as sanding, trimming, and finishing of printed parts.

Maintain an organized workspace and ensure safety standards are followed at all times.

Support the team with general production tasks, material handling, and documentation.

Collaborate with engineers and designers to improve workflow and printing efficiency.

• High school diploma or vocational training in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial field.
• 1 3 years of experience as a Machine Operator, preferably in 3D printing, manufacturing, or fabrication.
• Basic knowledge of machine setup, calibration, and maintenance.
• Attention to detail and strong quality control mindset.
• Good understanding of safety practices in a workshop environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced setting and handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Team player with a proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies.
