الأدوار والمسؤوليات
تحقيق توافر الخط و جاهزية المعدات.
متابعة و مراجعة خطة تحسين PEMM (منهجية صيانة بيبسيكو) على مدار العام.
المسؤولية العامة عن أداء أوامر العمل المعينة بالإضافة إلى أي مهام أخرى من قبل المشرف.
حل المشكلات الفنية وتحديد الإجراءات ومتطلبات الأجزاء.
تنفيذ جداول الصيانة للحفاظ على معدات المصنع ضمن المعايير الهندسية المعطاة.
الحفاظ على وتنفيذ معايير AIB.
تحديثات حالة أوامر العمل في SAP PM و CM.
تحديد RCA للمشكلات الرئيسية والمتكررة.
ضمان الالتزام بجميع متطلبات سياسات السلامة.
تشغيل جميع المعدات المتعلقة بأقسام المرافق.
الحفاظ على سجلات SAP-PM دقيقة وتحديثها لجميع أوامر العمل المعينة.
أداء قراءات المعلمات اليومية المطلوبة والمراقبة كما هو محدد من قبل المشرف.
التقارير اليومية لجميع أنشطة النوبة.
تحديد الفرص ودعم المبادرات لتحسين عمليات الإنتاج كما هو محدد من قبل مشرف الصيانة بالتنسيق مع موظفي الإنتاج لتحسين الجودة والإنتاجية وتعزيز السلامة أو خفض التكاليف.
دعم تنفيذ استراتيجية الصيانة والموثوقية لموقع العمل لتحقيق حالة صيانة من الدرجة العالمية.
تنفيذ ومتابعة الإجراءات المعينة المتعلقة بأداة PEMM (منهجية صيانة بيبسيكو) و MIAP (خطة تحسين الصيانة).
دعم تنفيذ أدوات وتقنيات هندسة الموثوقية لتحقيق مؤشرات الأداء الرئيسية للصيانة والموثوقية.
المؤهلات
معرفة / دبلوم في الهندسة الكهربائية والإلكترونية / هندسة القياس والتحكم.
خبرة عملية في استكشاف أعطال المعدات الكهربائية، PLC، SCADA، القياسات والتحكم.
خلفية في LT و MCC، لوحات التغذية و لوحات التحكم و الوعي بمعايير السلامة الكهربائية. نظام تخطيط وتنفيذ الصيانة و الوعي بمعايير السلامة الكهربائية بالإضافة إلى أنظمة EHS الأساسية.
لديه معرفة في أنظمة التشغيل والأتمتة.
لديه معرفة بأنظمة وسياسات جودة وسلامة الغذاء QFS.
معرفة بأنظمة وسياسات الصحة والسلامة البيئية EHS.
يمكنه قراءة وفهم الخطط والرسوم البيانية والتخطيطات والرسومات التخطيطية (في مجال التأهيل).
المعرفة بأي برنامج لإدارة الصيانة (CMMS) تعتبر ميزة إضافية.
لديه معرفة عامة وقدرة على استخدام أجهزة الكمبيوتر (تطبيقات MS Office).
لديه إتقان جيد للغة الإنجليزية (قراءة، كتابة وتحدث).
مهارات الكمبيوتر الأساسية في MS Office.
إتمام معايير السلامة الكهربائية.
الخبرة
يفضل أن يكون لديه خبرة صناعية لا تقل عن سنتين.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Diploma in Electrical & Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Hands-on experience in electrical equipment troubleshooting, PLC, SCADA, Instrumentations and Controls. LT & MCC, feeder panels & control panels working background Electrical safety standards awareness Maintenance Planning & execution system Awareness of Electrical safety standards as well as basic EHS systems. Have knowledge in operating and automation systems. Have Quality and Food Safety QFS systems and policies knowledge. Environment, Health and Safety EHS systems and policies knowledge. Can read and understand plans, diagrams, layouts and schematic drawings (in the field of qualification). Knowledge in any Maintenance Management software (CMMS) is a plus. Have a general knowledge and ability to use computers (MS office applications). Has good command of English language (Reading, Writing and Speaking). Basic computer skills of MS Office. Electrical safety standard s accomplishment. Minimum 2 years industrial experience is preferred.

Overview Execution of assigned tasks and work orders related to all types of Electrical & controls maintenance and any engineering related works in safe, good and cost-effective manner within the given time frames. Responsibilities Achieving the Line availability & Equipment readiness. Follow & review of PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) improvement plan throughout the year. The overall responsibility for performing assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks by the supervisor. Solving technical problems and identifying the actions and parts requirement. Executing the maintenance schedules to maintain the plant equipment with-in given engineering standards. Maintain and implement AIB standards. SAP PM & CM Work orders status updates. Identify the RCA of major and repeating problems. Ensure all requirements of the safety policies are adhering too. To implement, sustain and participate in the continual improvement of the EHS Management System (MS) at area of responsibility in accordance to the legislations, PepsiCo GEHSMS and relevant EHS & Electrical standards, ensuring proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities/areas are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Perform assigned Work Orders as well as any other tasks assigned by the supervisor. Respond to all technical problems within the assigned area and making sure proper actions are identified and taken. Knowledge of spare parts description, application and criticality. Adhere to EHS and QFS policies and standards. Ensure proper controls for all hazards and risks associated with all activities are in place and EHS targets are achieved. Operates all equipment related to Utilities sections. Maintain accurate SAP-PM records and updates for all assigned Work Orders. Performs required daily parameters reading and monitoring and as assigned by the supervisor. Daily reporting of all shift activities. Identify opportunities and support initiatives to improve production processes as assigned by Maintenance Supervisor in coordination with production personnel to improve quality, productivity, enhance safety or drive down costs. Support the execution of the site Maintenance and Reliability M&R Strategy to achieve World Class maintenance status. Execute and follow the assigned actions related to PEMM (PepsiCo Maintenance Methodology) tool and MIAP (Maintenance Improvement Action Plan). Support the implementation of Reliability Engineering tools and techniques to achieve Maintenance and Reliability M&R KPI's.
