As part of strengthening its central industrial development organization, our aeronautical industrial group is looking for a Senior Maintenance Technician to support and structure maintenance practices on several electrical harness production sites, in Morocco and internationally.
As a true technical and methodological expert, you will provide cross-functional support to industrial sites to improve equipment reliability, industrial performance and the upskilling of maintenance teams.
Your responsibilities:
- Supporting industrial sites with production machinery maintenance activities
- Providing technical expertise and a structured troubleshooting methodology
- Deploy and support maintenance roadmaps
- Design and deliver maintenance and methodological training courses
- Conduct maintenance audits and manage improvement plans
- Capitalize on and deploy good maintenance practices within the division
- Contribute to the continuous improvement and robustness of maintenance processes

Formation
Bac+2 / Bac+3 in industrial maintenance, electrotechnics, microelectronics or equivalent
Exp rience
Significant experience in industrial maintenance (minimum 8 years)
Proven experience in a demanding and standard industrial environment
Strong expertise in maintenance methodologies (problem solving, TPM, FMEA, continuous improvement)
Comp tences techniques
Excellent skills in electrotechnical, mechanical and automation maintenance
Ability to analyze and resolve complex faults
Good understanding of quality issues in the aeronautical environment
Knowledge of industrial computing
Behavioral skills
Strong ability to structure, formalize and transmit
Pedagogy, technical leadership and a practical approach
Strong interpersonal skills in a multicultural environment
Autonomy, rigor and a knack for synthesis
Mobility & languages
High mobility required (frequent travel between Temara and Casablanca; possible travel to France and India)
Professional English required (written and spoken).
