Education:

• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering.
• 5 years of experience in maintenance, preferably within the food manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience as a Tetra Pak Equipment Engineer or in a similar role, with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience.

Technical Expertise:

• Strong knowledge and understanding of at least three of the following Tetra Pak filling equipment platforms:
• TBA/8T
• BA/19T
• BA/22A3 Compact
• FlexA3
• FlexA3Speed
• Strong knowledge and functional understanding of Tetra Pak distribution equipment, including:
• Straw Applicator
• Cap Applicator
• Multi-packers
• Cardboard Packers
• Knowledge and expertise in automation platforms, including:
• GE Fanuc
• Allen Bradley

Required Professional Skills:

• Ability to diagnose and resolve mechanical issues in machinery.
• Developing and implementing maintenance programs to prevent breakdowns.
• Improving machinery performance for increased efficiency and cost reduction.
• Enhancing mechanical systems' reliability to minimize downtime.
• Strict compliance with safety regulations for a secure work environment.
• Skill in computer-aided design software for component improvement.
• Maintaining high-quality standards in mechanical systems.
• Effective communication for coordinating maintenance activities.
• Analyzing maintenance data to make informed decisions.
• Creative problem-solving and innovative solutions for maintenance.
• Leading and motivating maintenance teams for efficient tasks.
• Accurate record-keeping of maintenance activities.
• Considering environmental impact in maintenance.
• Staying updated on industry regulations and ensuring compliance.
