الأدوار والمسؤوليات

  • Plan, organize and supervise preventive and corrective maintenance operations
  • Ensuring the proper functioning of industrial equipment and installations
  • Diagnose faults and coordinate technical interventions
  • Manage the maintenance team (technicians and operators)
  • Implement hard maintenance procedures and protocols
  • Monitor performance indicators and propose improvements
  • Participate in the preparation and management of maintenance budgets in collaboration with the Maintenance team leader and the Production Managers.
  • Prepare and distribute periodic maintenance reports
  • Supervise maintenance staff
  • Providing maintenance staff with the necessary tools to perform their tasks and conducting unannounced tool inventories.
  • Ensure compliance with QHSE rules in these workshops, particularly before each intervention, according to the instruction manuals for each piece of equipment.

  • Significant experience in a similar role, ideally in recycling or industry.
  • Knowledge of electromechanics, pneumatics, automation, electricity
  • Industrial maintenance
  • Production Management
  • Utilities Management.
