The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining plumbing, piping, mechanical, and electrical systems within the facility. The role includes implementing preventive maintenance procedures to ensure safety, reliability, and smooth operation of all equipment.

Key Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and repair plumbing and piping system issues.

• Perform mechanical and basic electrical maintenance tasks.

• Implement preventive maintenance measures to reduce breakdowns.

• Inspect and maintain tools, equipment, and facility systems.

• Respond to daily maintenance requests and ensure timely resolution.

• Follow safety standards and company maintenance procedures.

• Maintain documentation of maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Strong experience in:

  • Plumbing system maintenance

  • Piping system troubleshooting

  • Mechanical repair tasks

  • Basic electrical maintenance

  • Must have knowledge and experience in implementing preventive maintenance measures .

  • Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

  • Understanding of workplace safety procedures.
