We are seeking qualified and experienced Healthcare Professionals with a background in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) to join the Tamken project in the Eastern Region. The selected candidates will work in remote healthcare setups, contributing to patient care through accurate laboratory testing, reporting, and support.

Key Responsibilities

Perform routine and specialized laboratory tests in hematology, biochemistry, microbiology, and clinical pathology.

Ensure proper collection, labeling, and handling of patient samples.

Maintain accuracy, quality, and timely reporting of test results.

Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory instruments and equipment.

Adhere to safety protocols, infection control standards, and quality assurance practices.

Collaborate with healthcare teams and support medical staff in diagnosis and treatment decisions.

Document, update, and maintain laboratory records as per healthcare regulations.

Participate in training, audits, and continuous improvement programs.

### Qualifications & Experience

Bachelors Degree in Medical Laboratory Technology (B.Sc. MLT) mandatory.

Minimum 2 years of relevant clinical/laboratory experience.

Strong technical knowledge of laboratory procedures, equipment, and standards.

Familiarity with healthcare compliance and quality management systems.
