Financial analysis and budgetary control:  

• Develop, monitor and analyze the hotel's annual budget.
• Monitor the discrepancies between forecasts and actual results.
• Produce monthly financial dashboards and indicators.

Cost monitoring and optimization:

• Controlling the costs related to the different departments (accommodation, catering, banquets, leisure, maintenance).
• Implement internal control procedures to optimize costs.
• Analyze the profitability of services and propose corrective actions.

Reporting and decision support:

• Provide periodic reports to senior management.
• Participate in steering committee meetings to guide strategic decisions.
• Develop financial forecasts and analyze market trends.

Operational management:

• Collaborating with department heads to identify areas for improvement.
• Monitor key performance ratios: RevPAR, GOPPAR, occupancy rate, food service material cost, energy cost.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of the investments made and their return

Internal control and compliance:

• Ensure the proper application of accounting and financial procedures.
• Identify financial and operational risks.
• Propose corrective measures to ensure compliance and limit losses.
