What s On Your Plate?

  • Scale the Business Insights function across the Partner Growth org encompassing acquisition, retention, growth, monetization, and the digital enablement of vendors.

  • Define the intelligence roadmap for commercial teams: from KPI frameworks and performance benchmarking to campaign tracking and vendor health diagnostics.

  • Champion automation and self-serve analytics, identifying opportunities to reduce manual work and accelerate time to insight

Reporting Business Performance:

  • Analyze Data: Dive into talabat s performance metrics, identifying key trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement.

  • Prepare Reports: Create comprehensive and insightful reports for senior management, highlighting key drivers of change and actionable insights.

  • Communicate Findings: Present findings in a clear and concise manner, often translating complex data into understandable recommendations for decision-makers.

Conducting Analytical Deep Dives:

  • Drive deep-dive analyses on vendor economics, Incrementality, discount ROI, campaign performance, and pricing strategy to unlock new growth levers.

  • Country-Specific Analysis: Perform detailed analyses of different talabat markets, focusing on identifying turnaround opportunities, growth and profitability areas.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments to understand and address cross-functional issues impacting business performance.

  • Strategy Development: Develop and recommend strategies based on analysis to improve overall performance and achieve business objectives.

What Did We Order?

  • 4 7 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, strategy, or consulting, with at least 3+ years of leading teams or projects in a cross-functional setting.

  • Deep expertise in SQL and visualization platforms (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI); comfort in building models and tools from scratch.

  • Strong command over the entire data analysis lifecycle including; problem formulation, data auditing, rigorous analysis, interpretation, recommendations, and presentation.

  • Familiarity with different types of analysis including; descriptive, exploratory, inferential, causal, and predictive analysis.

  • Proven ability to operate in fast-paced, matrixed environments and to influence stakeholders at all levels, including senior leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks (e.g., AI agents, autonomous workflows) is a strong plus

  • Background in food delivery, e-commerce, marketplaces, or high-volume B2B2C environments.

  • Experience in vendor growth, partner incentive structures, or commercial performance optimization.

  • AI automation experience
