Faced with the recovery in aviation activity and the acceleration of the marketing of the LEAP engine, we are facing a significant increase in maintenance activities.
The Support and Service Department, and more specifically the Sales Administration Department, are directly impacted by this surge. In order to find solutions to overcome this peak load, the Sales Administration Department decided to launch a transformation project in mid-2022.
One of the axes of this transformation is the creation of a sales expertise center dedicated to invoicing on customer terms. Within this center, the position concerns more specifically the invoicing service for in-store maintenance operations of subsidiaries based outside France and maintenance operations subcontracted to third parties. It should allow us to focus on mastering contracts and customer specificities to invoice accurately, as soon as possible and limiting the risk of disputes.
In order to be closer to the customer, the management decided to create a branch within this commercial expertise service in Morocco which will be attached from an organizational point of view to Safran Aircraft Engines France and more particularly to the sales administration.
This branch will be responsible for invoicing under customer conditions, particularly for customers in the MEA region, and will be able to assist in other areas depending on the load in other regions.
In this context we are looking for our manager in Morocco whose mission will be to set up, supervise, train and manage the activity in conjunction with the manager and the team located in Montereau-sur-le-Jard (77) using the processes, templates and tools implemented by the department.
As a Billing Manager under commercial conditions, you will report to the Sales Administration Department. You will be trained at our Montereau-sur-le-Jard facility for the first 6 months following your hiring, and will then continue your mission at the Casablanca site under a local contract.

With training in MANAGEMENT, COMMERCE, ACCOUNTING or equivalent, you have experience in a similar position.
You are rigorous, agile, versatile and able to demonstrate initiative. You have team spirit, analytical and synthesis skills, and the ability to communicate and interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders within your organization.
You have a good knowledge of Excel, you are fluent in English and knowledge of SAP would be highly appreciated.
