Your responsibilities:
- To supervise and support teams of analysts and senior staff in carrying out financial due diligence, valuation and modeling missions;
- to be the preferred point of contact for French and international clients, advising them on their acquisition, disposal or fundraising operations;
- Supervise the quality of deliverables and ensure compliance with deadlines and PwC standards;
- Actively participate in the commercial development of the Deals activity, by identifying new opportunities and contributing to proposals;
- Collaborating closely with audit and consulting teams to offer an integrated and high value-added approach.

الملف الشخصي المطلوب للمرشحين
Diploma from a top business or engineering school, with a specialization in finance;
Significant experience of at least 6 years in Transaction Services, M&A, or in a related field such as financial transaction advisory, business valuation, or strategic financial analysis.
Excellent analytical, synthesis and communication skills;
Natural leadership, a sense of customer service and a taste for challenge;
Mastery of French and English, both written and spoken.
