Supporting as a key partner to the Regional Finance Leadership team
Working with the MEA Centre of Excellence team to support the optimization of finance processes between hotels and the COE
Working with the Compliance team to follow up on compliance issues in hotels and SPACE reviews
Supporting with people and culture initiatives for finance teams in MEA hotels including succession planning and learning & development activities
Collaboration with the MEA, EMEA and Global finance teams to continuously evolve the finance function in the region and support optimization and efficiency for the organization
Day-to-day management and execution of key finance projects for the MEA region
Ad hoc duties as required to support the delivery of business objectives

Required Qualifications
Education: BSc / BA / Bachelor s Degree or equivalent work experience
Proven, progressive overall experience, including one or more of the following:
o Hotel finance leadership
o Corporate finance leadership
o Project management
Fluent English (both spoken and written)
Proficient in MS Office Suite and SharePoint with the ability to quickly learn new programs when required
Preferred Qualifications
Professional accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CA, or equivalent)
Knowledge of the Hilton Finance systems in MEA (Navision, SUN, Oasys, OnQ, MICROS, BirchStreet, Docuware)
Experience of working within a Finance Shared Services environment
