Purpose

Support and execute sales activities for assigned key accounts within the region. Assist in managing customer relationships, monitoring market trends, and achieving Etihad Cargo s revenue and growth targets.

Accountabilities

  • Develop and implement sales activity plans to meet assigned targets.
  • Monitor and analyze customer and market data to identify sales opportunities and potential areas for improvement.
  • Maintain regular communication with assigned customers to promote Etihad Cargo products and services.
  • Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and commercial offers to support business growth.
  • Help manage existing customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and long-term retention.
  • Gather competitor and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and Global Key Account Managers to ensure smooth delivery of agreed services.
  • Maintain accurate sales records and customer interactions in CRM (Salesforce) and ensure timely updates.
  • Support the negotiation and renewal of commercial agreements under supervision, ensuring compliance with Etihad Cargo policies.
  • Contribute to the preparation of regular performance reports and sales reviews.

Education & Experience

  • Educated with a minimum bachelor s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum of 5 years of work experience
