MANAGER-HARD SERVICES-MEP El Seif Operation and Maintenance

The MEP / Zone Manager is responsible for supporting the Project Manager / Project Director in planning, coordinating, and executing project activities within the assigned zone. The role ensures smooth operations, adherence to project timelines, compliance with quality and safety standards, and effective coordination among internal teams, subcontractors, and clients.

• Minimum 10years experience at least 8 years in managing the operation and maintenance of MEP and Civil services.

• Shall possess valid driving license.

• Proven track record of following projects from inception to completion.

• Strong leadership ability and personality

• Customer service oriented

• Proven technical problem-solving skills.

• Implementation of O & M Manuals, log sheets, PPM Check list and PPM Master Plan for department.

• Assist the Project Engineers in managing daily project operations within assigned zone

• Coordinate with engineers, supervisors.

• Monitor project progress and report deviations

• Follow up on pending work and ensure timely completion

• Assist in manpower planning and allocation.

• Conduct daily site inspections and progress monitoring

• Ensure work execution according to drawings and specifications

• Monitor subcontractor performance and productivity

• Identify risks and escalate issues to Project Director

• Ensure availability of materials and resources

• Assist in preparation of project schedules

• Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly progress

• Track project milestones and deliverables

• Support shutdown and maintenance planning

• Coordinate work priorities with multiple departments

• Attend client coordination meetings

• Provide project progress updates

• Address client concerns and technical queries

• Coordinate with internal departments

  • Support Project Director in client communications

  • Prepare daily, weekly and monthly reports

  • Maintain project documentation

  • Track material requests and procurement status

  • Maintain manpower and equipment records

  • Ensure quality of MEP and Civil services is in accordance with set standards, health and safety regulations and objectives.

  • To cooperate with the supervisors/operators/technicians and supply technical support in updating work schedules.

  • To cooperate with all other Departments and give technical support for inventory of spare parts and consumables.

  • Evaluates project teams and guides them accordingly.
